Points for attention

With the right choice for your kitchen floor

Kitchen and parquet floor?

There is a lot of moisture and dirt in a kitchen so people are often concerned about choosing parquet floor. We recommend against installing parquet floor in the cooking and dishwashing part. But you can also combine floors. A poured floor or natural stone is often chosen for the cooking area.

Combining floors

The rest of the space can then be provided with a parquet floor as desired for that warm feel. Below you can find a number of projects with parquet floor combined with another type of floor.

NOTE: Any damage to your parquet floor as a result of water will not be covered by our guarantee. It is therefore recommended to not use parquet floor in the bathroom or kitchen in certain areas such as the cooking part or dishwashing part. ParquetVinyl floors are 100% water-resistant and may be installed in damp spaces.
